This is a very thoughtful podcast by Safaraz. These are honest discussions with no pretences, and no extra drama. Great points with loads of takeaways. Keep up the great work, overall lots of value and very insightful, a great listen!

Having known Saf for over 5 years, this podcast was like a real discussion with the man himself. The conversations are delivered in a cool calm collected way, sharing his knowledge, experience and insight into working in the education sector. Easy listening for anyone interested in enhancing their awareness of things business.
This is one of the podcast shows that just is so direct and frank on a number of levels – sharing vulnerabilities, techniques and thoughts very openly and without holding back. There’s some real gems here and I would recommend you take a listen – my favourite one thus far is Bamboo Tree thinking followed by brand and reputation.
An honest and heartfelt discussion on the all important topic of leadership between Safaraz and Adrian. A relevant, eminently sensible and well- structured discourse.

Interesting podcast series which support retrospection on how to be a more authentic, responsive and employee centred leader. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

I have just caught up, rather belatedly, on your last podcast ‘Pause to Reflect’. I enjoyed it, as I enjoyed them all and I feel this brought many of the salient points together. Well done, I look forward to future ones.
There is an incredible amount of civilised debate about business life related issues. Keep up the good work. It’ll be interesting to listen to next series when out.
This is a radio 4 style easy listen that is very reflective in its approach. I’m glad that is the case as there is so many of these are ‘Ra Ra’ Gary Vaynerchuck style podcast and not everyone needs to be the same. Some great nuggets and reminders. Liking it!

Conversations is home to honest discussions that doesn’t pretend to be too intellectual, it is a little different and brave on a few points. Overall decent listen to have in the car.
A good head and thoughtful is how I would describe Safaraz. He is articulate but needs to be challenged further. He is given at times an easy ride by Adrian the interviewer and we need to hear slightly more challenge to get one’s juices flowing.
A bit of a level headed and honest discussion, I have come across Saf before but not too much, this doesn’t challenge the narrative as much as it could be. Some missed opportunities but overall a voice of reason in these turbulent times.
You won’t agree with everything and some points you may not even fully understand, its slightly short as some of the points mentioned need some unboxing –Adrian is somewhat soft and dry and Saf is slightly repetitive. He needs a bit more push to get the best out of this I’m afraid.
Brilliant business advice and insights , straight forward products which this world lacks, I enjoyed the recruitment angle and recruiting people the best as its refreshing to hear the points. I had to rewind a few times to fully take on board the message. Overall worthy of your time and energy.

The world runs on reviews. We all know that!
Let’s flesh this out a bit further – when you want to get a taxi to the train station, you’ll probably get an Uber where you’ll review your driver.
If you want to go on holiday, you’ll read reviews of hotels before you book, or you might even stay in an Airbnb where you’ll be reviewed as a guest.
If you want to go out to eat, you’ll probably check local restaurant reviews on TripAdvisor first.
And if you’re looking for a new job, chances are you’ll tidy up your LinkedIn profile and ask a trusted colleague to leave you a recommendation.
This is where I need your help, you can see from the above reviews that some of you have kindly given me specific feedback, you’ve told me I’m a bit repetitive and I have taken that on board and you’ve said that I need to be challenged further and I am at times given an easy ride you need to hear slightly more challenge to get one’s juices flowing.
Well, my job is to oblige and keep doing the best I can but continuously seek to improve and this is where you can please by submitting a review to me via this site or social media or ideally on the Apple iTunes site.
Whilst you are thinking about reviews, why don’t you think about your own business as well and let me leave you with two questions to assist here: How do you ensure positive reviews about your business? How do you deal with any negative reviews?
